About AllFileTools

AllFileTools was created in 2025 by Anas, a web developer who designed and built the platform's tools and code. Today, the website is owned and operated by Adnan fraz, and Anas continues to work on it as lead developer, building new tools and keeping existing ones fast, secure and reliable. While working with files every day, we noticed that many people struggle to find reliable tools for quick tasks, such as converting a specialized image format or turning a spreadsheet into SQL, without hitting paywalls, forced sign-ups or privacy risks. We built AllFileTools to solve that: a growing collection of free tools that work in your browser and respect your files.

We currently offer more than 150 free tools in six categories:

• PDF Tools: merge, split, convert and clean up PDF files
• Image Tools: convert and compress images, including RAW formats, and enhance or edit them
• Audio & Video Tools: convert formats, join audio, and work with subtitles
• Developer Tools: data converters, hash and UUID generators, regex and API testers, and more
• SEO Tools: analyzers and checkers for website owners
• Calculators: unit converters, financial and everyday calculators

Our blog adds guides that explain file formats and show how to solve common file problems, and our Software section lists useful third-party programs with links to their official websites.

Our mission is to make useful digital tools accessible to everyone, from students and freelancers to developers and small business owners. We aim to keep AllFileTools:

Your files are your business. Some of our tools process files directly in your browser, so your file never leaves your device. Tools that need server processing delete your files and the results automatically within one hour. We do not open or look at your files, and we do not sell them. The tools, guides and articles on AllFileTools are written and reviewed by us. We aim to explain things in plain language, keep guides up to date as formats and software change, and correct mistakes when we find them.
